Ikadolly Private Journeys – Consultation, Deposit & Refund Policy

Ikadolly Private Journeys is committed to providing thoughtfully curated private travel planning and consultation services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and advance coordination with trusted third‑party partners, the following policies apply.

Consultations

Our Private Journey Consultation is complimentary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our planning calendar.

Trip Deposits & Planning Process

To begin securing your itinerary—including hotels, guides, transportation, dining arrangements, and all on‑the‑ground logistics—we require a 75% trip deposit based on the selected itinerary price.

This deposit allows us to begin confirming reservations and holding space with our local partners.

​

Refundability of the Deposit

Refunds for the 75% deposit are determined after the planning call, once we select your preferred vendors and begin paying them on your behalf.

Each vendor (hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, cruise companies, etc.) has its own cancellation and refund policy. Your refund eligibility will follow those vendor policies, as Ikadolly Private Journeys does not control third‑party terms and cannot guarantee refunds beyond what each vendor allows.

Once planning work has begun—including research, vendor coordination, reservations, and personalized recommendations—our planning services are non‑refundable.

Third‑Party Bookings

Ikadolly Private Journeys may assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, tours, dining, or other experiences through third‑party providers. Refunds for these services follow the policies of those providers. We are not responsible for refunds denied by third parties, including but not limited to hotels, villas, airlines, tour operators, or restaurants.

Cancellations by Ikadolly Private Journeys

In the rare event that Ikadolly Private Journeys is unable to deliver a booked consultation or service due to circumstances on our end, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected service only.

No‑Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or planning session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full service fee if a paid service was scheduled.
