Scope of services
Scope of ServicesIkadolly Journeys provides travel planning, consultation, and coordination services focused on Egypt. We design custom itineraries and assist with arranging third party travel components including hotels, transportation, cruises, guides, and activities. Ikadolly Journeys does not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, cruise ships, vehicles, tour operators, or venues.
Roles as a Travel Planner
Ikadolly Journeys acts solely as a planning and coordination service. All travel services are provided by independent third party suppliers. Responsibility for performance rests with those suppliers.
Estimates and Planning Assumptions
Quotes, timelines, pickup windows, and itineraries are based on planning estimates until confirmed by deposit and supplier acceptance. Exact schedules and logistics are finalized only after booking confirmation.Pricing and PaymentsPrices reflect supplier availability at time of quote. Prices change without notice until deposits are received. Planning fees, service fees, and consultation fees are non refundable once work begins.
Cancellations and Changes
Supplier cancellation and change policies apply. Refunds depend entirely on supplier terms. Ikadolly Journeys does not issue refunds for planning services or work already performed.Chargebacks and Payment DisputesBy submitting payment, you agree not to dispute charges through banks or card issuers for services rendered, planning fees, or supplier confirmed bookings. Chargebacks related to disclosed policies constitute a breach of these terms.

Group Travel
Group travel carries increased coordination complexity. Guests acknowledge shared schedules, dependencies, and operational limits. Ikadolly Journeys is not responsible for individual dissatisfaction within group experiences.Travel Risks and Assumption of RiskTravel involves risks including illness, injury, delays, weather conditions, political events, labor actions, and service disruptions. Guests voluntarily accept these risks.
Medical Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for medical readiness, medications, insurance, and disclosure of mobility or health needs. Ikadolly Journeys does not provide medical advice or guarantees of accommodation suitability.​​
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and compliance with local regulations. Denied entry or documentation issues remain the traveler’s responsibility.
Media, Photography, and Content
Content created during trips, including photos and video, remains subject to agreements in place. Ikadolly Journeys retains rights to use approved content for marketing, education, and promotion unless otherwise stated in writing.Influencer and Preview ExperiencesHosted, discounted, or preview experiences require agreed deliverables and usage rights. Failure to deliver constitutes breach of agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Ikadolly Journeys is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from third party services or events outside our control.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ikadolly Journeys from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, omissions, or breach of these terms.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from services or website use shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration takes place in Texas. Class actions are waived.
Venue and Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any permitted legal action occurs exclusively in Texas.
